Now available to the public! You might have noticed in last years Tour de France, the Phonak and Disco riders were wearing something not exactly identical to the Atmos. Now after a year of alterations and CPSC certs. the Ionos is available to US customers. Cycling News reports it is 15% more breathable than the Atmos and actually has anti-odor/anti-bacterial padding. Will be selling for around $225.

Live Free or Die Hard...A Must See Movie
He has done it three times before and this fourth addition to the Die Hard series will please any Bruce Willis fan. Combining Willis's hardcore appearance with Justin's Long youthful humor, some new attractive actresses, and awesome special affects this movie will entertain anyone that likes a great action film. All in all I give it a 7.5 out of 10 because some of the special effects were so out there it took away from the movie a little bit and there were a lot of corny lines but other than that I would see it again. Oh and listen for the cheap shot the writers take at FEMA...ouch! Yippee kaye mother (well you know).

Sunsets
Ahh aren't they gorgeous? The sunset is such a beautiful thing. It signifies the end of one thing but also the beginning of another. Sometimes its good to just look up and capture the moment even without camera in hand. I was lucky enough to get this and a few others today after a torrential downpour we had for a solid hour.
Now like the sunset it is time for me to end my day. Bonsoir, Buona notte, Buenas noches, and Goodnight...

SMILE
Haha! I love it. Definitely one of the coolest pics I have seen lately. One it has a fixed gear bike. Two it has a bike messenger. Three it was taken down under. And Four look how she is dressed and what a great smile. Awesome! (stolen from my boys over at fixed gear track disease)
And the theme lately has been engagements, love, weddings, etc...thought I would share something; if you see the chic below just walking around lonely without anyone to hold her late at night give her my number. So gorgeous that Keira...

Fox F-Series 100X No More!
Get it while you can! So we received Fox Racing Shocks 08' catalog today and they F-Series 100X fork is no longer in production. As a cross-country rider I think it is the best fork every designed for my style/form of riding. However it only works for very specific types of riders that enjoy a "hardtail feel" for maximum efficiency and it was expensive. Now Fox will consider the F-100RLC to be its top of the line cross-country fork. Compared to the cheaper R and RL series, the RLC has low speed compression adjustment and lockout force adjust. But hey when you want to lockout that fork you gotta turn a dial....HAHA suckers!!!!
