F8 and Be There

"The power of photography is that we only need fractions of seconds to capture moments of beauty that might otherwise pass us by. Great photographers are masters at taking something really big and distilling it down to something smaller and more understandable for their audience.
Get close. Tell a story. Ask your friends for feedback. And remember the old photographers' adage "F8 and be there." Which means be ready, a great photo can present itself at any time."
